I don't know if anyone is going to step up with a WR, but if you're interested in "Mr Toad's Wild Ride", put an FC transmission in an otherwise stock Shelby Cobra, tune the gears to match the power (widen the autoset if nothing else), turn off all the driving aids, and hold on.

Without the FC transmission, the Shelby Cobra is no fun. With it, it's one of the best cars in the game. Enjoy. Also, I'm not saying this should be WR, so if someone has one, by all means, they should speak up.
